This was a broccoli slaw, cucumber and chicken salad that was absolutely delicious and didnāt make me feel sluggish or bloated, even after my biscuits and stuff!
Sunday after Church I had a nice protein snack. Cranberries, cheddar cheese, turkey sausage, and green apple slices. It was a protein tray . I was surprised by how good it tasted.
